I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in fear and self-sabotage, men's issues, veteran's issues, sexual health, and empowerment. I offer honest and open therapeutic support to help clients face the fears holding them back from the lives they want. I loves helping clients heal the shame, hurt, and anxiety around past trauma, unhealthy relationships, and toxic upbringings. Therapy with me involves deep collaboration to gain insight into personality, gain courage, work towards beneficial behavior changes, and reach goals.

I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide array of populations including psychiatric hospitals, substance treatment, palliative care, and private practice. I am a US Army Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I also specialize in working with pissed off men who can run towards gunfire but can’t tell their dad they love him, people tired of being doormats and who are ready to find their fangs, and high achievers / workaholics who want to stop having to prove themselves to themselves. I am Licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida.

** Everything discussed in a counseling session is confidential with a few exceptions concerning suicidal or homicidal ideations, child abuse or elder abuse but these things will be discussed in depth in our first meeting.
