Life can be messy and healing is not always easy. Whether you are wrestling with the past or looking for new coping strategies, I am here to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and create meaningful change that aligns with your goals. Together, we can explore the root of the issue instead of only treating the symptoms on the surface to create a happier life.

I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, and identity development. I am passionate about working with emerging adults/college students, women, survivors of assault and abuse, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach uses a blend of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems theory.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy and believe that you are the expert of your experience. I am here to help you grow into your most authentic self through empowerment and self-compassion. My priority is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally-sensitive space for patients to feel heard and understood.

If you feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to schedule a consultation or session. I look forward to meeting you!
