I am now providing EMDR Therapy! I am currently unable to accept clients for other services at this time.

Life can be challenging, and we're not always given the tools to navigate those moments. So, if you've made it this far, I want to acknowledge the significant step you've taken towards healing.

I’m passionate about helping those that want to learn how to better navigate their emotions, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and improve their quality of life. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic or highly distressing events, struggle with low self-esteem and feelings of not being “good enough,” face relational difficulties, and experience anxiety and depression.

As a first generation Hispanic-American, I understand how cultural and intergenerational factors can impact on our mental health—this awareness is an essential part of my practice. I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures, and I am LGTBQ+ affirming.

During my time at the Orlando Veterans Administration, I gained expertise in providing therapy through a trauma-informed lens. I also have experience working with opioid and other substance use disorders, utilizing a harm reduction model. I currently accept clients who are in recovery and seeking continued support.

Through a genuine and nonjudgmental approach, I aim to create a safe space for self-exploration where you feel seen, heard, and validated. I will support you in navigating complex emotions and equip you with tools to build healthier coping mechanisms using evidence-based techniques. I strongly believe in the transformative power of EMDR Therapy and use it to help you process distressing and traumatic experiences that can remain “stuck” in our nervous system and keep us from healing and moving forward.

If you are seeking guidance in overcoming mental health challenges, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation or to schedule a session. Together, I hope to venture into a collaborative journey, exploring your inner world and walking the path toward healing.
