Living with ADHD as an adult can feel confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting. You may struggle with focus, procrastination, emotion regulation, or follow-through, and find yourself feeling frustrated or discouraged without fully understanding why everyday tasks feel so hard.

I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, including those diagnosed later in life. My approach focuses on helping you better understand how your brain works and finding strategies that fit you, rather than forcing yourself into systems that don't serve you.

Adults with ADHD often seek therapy for challenges such as:

  • Difficulty starting or finishing tasks
  • Feeling overwhelmed or "stuck"
  • Procrastination followed by guilt, stress, or anxiety
  • Emotional intensity, self-criticism, or sensitivity to rejection.
  • Anxiety or depression connected to ongoing stress or feeling misunderstood

While ADHD is a primary focus, I also work with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. We will work together to understand your patterns, identify what's getting in your way, and develop practical tools that feel realistic and sustainable.

I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential therapy.

My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and adaptable. I value client feedback and believe that if something isn't working, we can adjust together. When appropriate, I also incorporate humor into sessions.

It's okay if you're not sure where to start. Therapy is a place where we can make sense of things together.
