I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.

Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop healthier ways of coping. In family work, I focus on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and helping each person feel heard, understood, and more connected.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from play-based techniques, Existential therapy, and DBT-informed skills. I offer individual and family therapy, with experience in adolescent substance use and crisis intervention, while maintaining a neurodiversity-affirming and sex positive approach.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. When you’re ready, I invite you to take that next step.
